Properties for sale and rent in Barsa

Barsa is a Koura village on the hills close to Tripoli's southern edge, where olive terraces have gradually made room for apartment buildings and family houses. Its appeal is simple: Koura's calmer surroundings at prices close to the city's, and a short drive to Tripoli's shops, schools and hospitals.

All 55 properties REVERA lists in Barsa are for sale, and most are apartments. Half of them are priced between $82,500 and $120,000, with a median of $105,000 for about 160 m² and three bedrooms — roughly $630 per m², good value for the space. Building land is the other part of the market: plots are usually around 1,300 m², with half priced between $153,000 and $297,000, or about $140 per m² at the median. A couple of full buildings and a villa complete the offer.
