Btouratij is a Koura village on the slopes just south of Tripoli, one of the first villages reached when leaving the city towards the Koura hills. Close to the main roads, it has developed quickly, with new apartment buildings rising between olive groves and older family homes, and it suits buyers who want Koura's calm with an easy commute to Tripoli.

The market is evenly split. Of the 52 properties REVERA lists here, 25 are apartments and 22 are land plots. Half of the apartments for sale are priced between $81,000 and $120,000, with a median of $95,000 for about 135 m² and three bedrooms — around $720 per m². Plots are usually around 1,300 m², with half priced between $127,500 and $335,000, or roughly $170 per m² at the median, suited to building a family home or a small residential project. A few showrooms and warehouses near the road and a handful of rentals complete the offer.
