Dahr el-Ain sits where Tripoli meets Koura, along the main road that climbs from the city's southern edge into the Koura hills. That position gives it a dual character: busy commercial frontage on the road, with shops, showrooms and storage, and residential streets of apartment buildings behind it, all within about ten minutes of central Tripoli.

It is one of the most affordable places near Tripoli to buy a home. Of the 55 properties REVERA lists here, 36 are apartments, and half of those for sale are priced between $70,000 and $120,000 — a median of $80,000 for about 150 m² and three bedrooms, or roughly $590 per m². The commercial side shows in the listings too, with shops, showrooms, warehouses and storage units along the road.
