Properties for sale and rent in Dam Wel Farez

Dam w Farez is Tripoli's newest planned district, laid out with wide avenues and modern residential towers on the city's western side, between the centre and the road to Mina. It is where many of Tripoli's upscale apartment buildings, cafés, gyms and private clinics have opened in the past two decades, and it is often the first choice for families and professionals looking for newer construction with parking and generators.

That shows in the prices. Half of the apartments for sale are priced between $175,000 and $280,000, with a median of $225,000 for about 200 m² and three bedrooms — around $1,150 per m², the highest of any large Tripoli neighbourhood. Dam w Farez is also Tripoli's main rental market, with 44 properties for rent; apartments are usually listed between $600 and $1,100 a month and small offices from about $500. Building land is scarce and expensive, with recent asking prices around $2,300 per m².

Of the 149 properties REVERA lists here, 114 are apartments, along with offices, shops and plots. Prices quoted are asking prices from REVERA's live listings in October 2026.
