Properties for sale and rent in El-Qobbeh

El-Qobbeh is a densely built residential district on the hill north-east of Tripoli's old city, overlooking the old town and the Citadel. It is a traditional, close-knit neighbourhood of apartment buildings, local shops and schools, a few minutes from the old souks and the city centre.

Qobbeh is the most affordable place in Tripoli to buy an apartment on REVERA. Of its 55 listings, 41 are apartments, and half of those for sale are priced between $55,000 and $70,000 — a median of $60,000 for about 130 m² and three bedrooms, or roughly $500 per m², well below Tripoli's average of about $700. That makes it a common choice for first-time buyers and for investors looking for rental income. Small shops, usually around 30 m², are also on offer, along with a few warehouses, full buildings and plots.
