Qalamoun is a coastal town just south of Tripoli, stretched between the sea and the hills along the Beirut–Tripoli highway. Its shoreline is lined with beach resorts and chalet complexes, which makes it one of the north's main seaside destinations, while the old town and its hillside orchards keep a village feel. Central Tripoli is about 10 minutes away.

Qalamoun's property market is unlike Tripoli's. Chalets are its signature: 16 are listed, typically compact one-bedroom units of around 60 m² in beach resorts, with most for sale between $71,000 and $205,000 (median $80,000). Land is the other main segment, with 18 plots, many with sea views, usually around 1,300 m² and half priced between $490,000 and $1.6 million — roughly $490 per m² at the median, reflecting the coastal location. A smaller number of apartments, mostly between $75,000 and $140,000, duplexes and a villa complete the offer, and some chalets are available to rent for the season.
