Danniyeh is the mountain half of the Minieh-Danniyeh district, rising from the hills east of Tripoli toward some of the highest ground in North Lebanon. Its villages — Sir ed-Danniyeh, the main town, along with Izal, Assoun, Bakhoun, Bkaa Sefrine and many others — are known for springs, orchards and cool summers, and many families from Tripoli keep a summer house here. Sir ed-Danniyeh is roughly 30 km from Tripoli, about 40 minutes by car.

Land dominates the market: 104 of the 142 properties REVERA lists in Danniyeh are land plots, typically around 1,700 m². Half are priced between $39,000 and $195,000 (median about $85,000), or roughly $40 per m² at the median — among the most affordable land in the north, and a common choice for building a family or summer home. The apartments on offer are also modest in price: most sell for $51,000 to $70,000 for about 130 m² with three bedrooms. A few full buildings and villas complete the market, while rentals are rare.
