REVERA Realty

Immeubles entiers à vendre et à louer à Liban

A full building — every apartment, shop and floor sold together under one title — is a classic investment in Lebanon, bought to house an extended family, to rent out unit by unit, or to renovate and resell. REVERA lists 50 full buildings, spread across Tripoli (12), Koura (11), Danniyeh (9), Akkar (6) and Batroun (4), from small two-storey village houses to multi-floor city blocks with ground-floor shops.

Because the category is so varied, prices span a wide range. Half of the full buildings for sale are priced between $147,500 and $962,500, with a median of about $385,000 for roughly 840 m² of built space — around $500 per m², noticeably less per square metre than buying apartments one by one. Village buildings in Danniyeh and Akkar sit at the lower end, while city-centre blocks in Tripoli and coastal buildings in Batroun reach $1 million and more.

Before buying, compare the building's permits with what was actually built, check the condition of the structure, roof and shared systems, and review any existing tenancies, especially older rent-controlled leases. Prices quoted are asking prices from REVERA's live listings in October 2026.
