Showrooms are large street-front commercial spaces built for car dealers, furniture and kitchen brands, and other businesses that need to display products. REVERA lists 33 showrooms, 27 of them in Tripoli — mainly in Mina and along the city's main boulevards — and 5 on Koura's commercial roads such as Dahr el-Ain.

Unlike most property in the north, showrooms are rented more often than sold: 20 of the 33 listings are for rent. Showrooms for sale are typically around 300 m², with half priced between $300,000 and $825,000 and a median of $450,000 — about $1,800 per m², reflecting their prime frontage. Smaller showrooms rent from roughly $450 to $1,000 a month, while large units on main roads are usually leased by the year at considerably higher prices.

When comparing showrooms, look at frontage width and visibility from the road, parking for customers, ceiling height and storage or workshop space behind the display area. Prices quoted are asking prices from REVERA's live listings in October 2026.
