Half of those for sale are priced between $149,000 and $312,500, with a median of about $217,500 — roughly $390 per m², making them one of the cheapest ways to own large covered space in the north. Warehouses are also regularly offered for rent, usually on yearly contracts; prices depend on size, height and truck access, so ask the listing agent for current terms.
