R-4030 2,150m² Olive Grove Land for Sale in Kfar Saroun Koura | Zoning 25/50
Kfar Saroun, Koura
Koura is a district of North Lebanon on the hills just south of Tripoli, known for the olive groves that cover much of its land and for its olive oil. Its villages — Amioun, the district centre, along with Nakhleh, Deddeh, Btouratij, Barsa and many others — spread from the coast at Anfeh up to the mountain foothills, 10 to 25 minutes from Tripoli and about 75 km from Beirut by the coastal highway. The University of Balamand and the Balamand Monastery stand on a ridge above the coast.
Land is the largest part of the market: 299 of the 616 properties REVERA lists in Koura are land plots, typically around 1,500 m², with half priced between $165,000 and $420,000 — about $155 per m² at the median. Apartments are slightly cheaper than in Tripoli: half sell for $80,000 to $130,000 (median $110,000 for about 145 m² and three bedrooms). Koura also holds most of the villas REVERA lists in the north, 32 of them, mostly between $400,000 and $1 million. Rentals are rare, with about 40 listings and apartments near $700 a month.
Buyers choose Koura for a quieter, greener setting close to Tripoli's hospitals, schools and shops; the villages nearest the city, such as Dahr el-Ain and Btouratij, have the most apartments. Prices quoted are asking prices from REVERA's live listings in October 2026.
